About Embrace The Change
The idea for Embrace the Change came to me when I began to suffer from the effects of the menopause.My first experience was hot flushes, both during the day and at night, and I spent a lot of time and effort trying to find clothing and bedding that was designed to help reduce the discomfort of these.
I was stunned to find that there was hardly anything available; and nowhere where I could go to find a complete range of the products I might find useful.
I wanted to help all those women, just like me, who were going through this stage in their lives - and that’s what Embrace the Change is for.
