The Sunday Telegraph included a supplement called ‘Embracing the Change’ this weekend (21.06.09).
This is the second year they’ve run it – aimed at those going through the menopause.
Embrace the Change advertises in it (if nothing else the similarity in names is too good to ignore!) and we think it’s a useful publication – especially as it helps bring the menopause ‘out of the closet’!

OK, the article we wrote was a bit tongue in cheek – and it’s posted away in a quiet corner of the site. So we were a bit taken aback when it was picked up a by a number of US sites!
It’s now one of the more popular destinations on the site – perhaps we’ll have to start looking for solutions for men!
