Thanks for the site. Like you I couldn’t find enough information on the menopause, even from my GP so this is a great idea. I have only had soya milk since I was 26, and although I don’t seem to have had my final period – so all could change – no sweats yet. I understand soya might alleviate some symptoms, we shall see. I do think husbands should go through the same process though!

We’re pleased that you’ve found the site useful. There does seem to be evidence that Soya helps to alleviate menopausal symptoms – so drinking it since the age of 26 sounds like it might well be a good thing!
We were actually thinking about adding a section on the Male Menopause – although it seems a subject which is open to some debate! If anyone else has any views on this we’d be interested to hear them
