The pillowcase has a pocket to hold the cooling pad in place and can be used either as a pillowcase liner to allow you to use your normal pillowcase or on its own

- or chill the cooling pack in the freezer for the maximum cooling effect

The pack always stays soft and flexible even out of the freezer so the pillowcase is always soft and comfortable for your head and neck.
Simply insert the cooling pack into the pocket on the pillowcase, The cooling effect will last 3-4 hrs.
