Soya is a plant rich in isoflavones - natural phytoestrogens. Other symptoms such as insomnia, anxiety, mood swings, vaginal dryness, disturbance of libido can also be significantly decreased. 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule in the evening with meals.
